In addition to modern homes, we also have a love for restoring older homes. Here, we’ve worked with the owner to bring an 1860’s Italianate Farmhouse into the modern world. We kept the outside traditional to preserve its historic charm, but on the inside, we gave it a bit of modern flare, updated mechanical systems, and modern conveniences.
Renovations included:
Renovated kitchen while keeping the existing cabinets and tin ceiling.
Renovated each of the 2.5 bathrooms.
Installed whole house mini-split HVAC systems.
Exposed original wood floors throughout the home.
Repainted interior and exterior, including restoration of wood trim and windows where needed.
Added 100A Electrical service for garage and barn.
Created a climbing gym in the barn loft.
